Ok so when I make a left turn, I hear a Klunk. It sounds exactly like when you move the drag link arm up and down on the joints. Every joint is good and no leaks. The jeep was at the dealership this weekend for maintenance and they could not find anything and all my suspension is torqued down. Anyone have any ideas? Jeep never made this noise before and suddenly started to do so about a month ago....suggestions? Anyone else experience this?

Check your steering shaft and steering box.

I had it too. One steering box and a full install day later, the klunk is gone.

I did check the shaft but have not looked at the box. That would make some sense because I was rock crawling and the steering wheel was moved to 11 o'clock when the jeep was driving straight. All we did was re set the drag link and here I am today with this noise. I would have noticed something wrong with the steering box tho?

Did it clunk all of the time or just every once in a while? Mine does not do it everytime but I'm pretty sure when making a left turn I hear the noise.

Check your sector shaft and pitman arm. Could be loose, bad splines, bent sector shaft or all of the above.

Hmmm. What's the sector shaft? Shaft that comes through the firewall? I checked it and i couldn't see anything out of the ordinary. What am I looking for? I'll check the pitman arm again but was fine.

Your sector shaft is what your pitman is attached too. To really inspect it you need to remove the pitman arm with a puller. Or, have someone cycle the steering while you check out the underneath, look for play and or movement.
