Interesting, I have a 13' Rubi, but rarely lock in snow for the reason I mentioned above. I have experienced the brake-lock when I left the TSC on, but never when off. I only use the button hold technique and do not have a switch wired. I assumed it was disabled but i could have just made adjustments before it engaged. Good-2-know

Rubicons are the only JKs without BLD.

I would advise getting real snow tires. Most mud tires are worthless on hard pack snow. And if studs are legal there, they rock on ice.

Also, lockers make driving on hard pack pretty sketchy.
