Seriously though. Did you notice ANY difference in the throttle response OFF idle or anywhere else ?

Same here. It's been consistent since I got my ProCal about 5 months ago and it suddenly dropped as soon as I put the filter in, that's why it seems the filter is the problem.

Not really. Nothing significant enough to realize a difference

Got a gain I about .3 with mine installed. No increase in power or anything. Just wanted to replace it. Although I would argue which was better stock vs. k&n.
k&n is known to have a not so good rep with filtration.
