I have done moderate offroading and crawling with 35's and haven't had any issues other than the trackbar mount snapping off (which wasn't a big deal, nor a surprise). I REALLY need to gusset and sleeve my axle, but like others have said, as long as you aren't being too brutal, it'll be just fine.

There are people on here running 37's on their D30's and not running into issues, although I can't imagine doing this for a while without some kind of bending on the tubes.

ORE makes uppers and lowers, Teraflex and Rockslide make uppers.

$90ish for the ORE, $40ish for the others. Plus welding. And depending on the skill of the welder, plus new balljoints.

Or just do the Rockslide Bombshell kit. And post up lots of step-by-step pics!!!

Awesome gadget....gotta ask where did you pick up your 35's and may I ask how much (PM if you like)? I am in the hunt for a sweet deal on 35's. Same drivetrain as you (3:73, 6spd, HD coil 2" lift) but dang I am having a hard time finding good deals on 35's here in BC.

Ok here is one for you guys?? I was at the dealership today and was told that running 35's will void your warranty ? Whats up with that? Anyone else heard of this? What a bunch of jerks... Now my wife is pee-off big time at me..

Any aftermarket component or non-stock tire size can void parts of your warranty. Just depends on how friendly the dealer is and how far you want to push it. If you have a warranty issue that should be covered, fight it, or try another dealer.
