i have a 2inch bb with 33's. At a full flex, will there be any rubbing, haven't done anything with the fenders? How much is a full flex?

It depends on the offset of the rims. With a 4.5 BS, you shouldn't rub anywhere, but with stock rims, you might rub in the front on the air dam and sway bar at full lock, and on the inside and front of the rear wheel wells. If the tire is 12.5 wide, then you might also touch the lower control arms (only on stock wheels).
Full flex is when one wheel is at maximum droop, and the opposite wheel is fully stuffed. So one wheel is at max shock extension, and the other is stuffed so high that the axle is resting on the bump stop.
