JKU 3.6L Manual with 34" regear help

I've had a rough time finding the info I'm looking for. I'm hoping somebody shares my, near as possible, setup. I have a 2012 3.6L JKU with the 6 speed MANUAL transmission. I'm currently running 34" tires, 2.5" lift, 3.21 gears and have added about 300-400lbs of extra weight by the way of the front and rear bumpers and a winch. I'm looking to regear and I've seen the regearing charts recommendations but I'm looking for real world opinions from folks with a similar setup. My Jeep is my weekend fun vehicle. It's mainly used for around town bar hopping, beach cruising and the occasional recreational off roading...mudholes, sandy trails, moderate inclines. I'm looking into either 4.10's or 4.56's. Anybody have some first hand info on preferences?

Thanks to everyone for the feedback. It looks like the 4.56's are the desired option. My 6th gear is pretty much never used even at highway speeds. I can get up to about 65mph and when I shift to 6th it's right back to 5th. Again, thanks for all the input.

What brand of gears did you use? Did you get the minor or master install kit with them? Did you add lockers or a LSD? From what I've read the front gears are reversed. I hope that's not too many questions. The more I dig on this stuff the more questions I come up with. I'm trying to avoid talking to a guy at a shop since I haven't found one around my area I really trust not to try and milk me for money rather than give me sound advice.

Im running 35's with my 2013 2 Door Rubicon with 4:10's and I am very happy with it, seems perfect all around, BTW that gear chart was for the 3.8L engine not the 3.6L if you look at the chart for the 3.6L with Manuel you will see that 4.10's with 35's is the optimum combo, maybe 4.56's if you wheel a bunch.

That gear chart is for the 3.6L

I have the 3.6 manual with 315 Duratracs, and 2.5" RK Flex
I went 4:56 and couldn't be happier.
They measure out to 33.75", and I'm turning 2500+ at 70mph.
You go through the first 3 gears quick, but it gets the same gas mileage around town that my 3:73's and 32's got.
On the hwy, my mpg drops a little.
I run the same type of terrain as you with heavy bumpers and winch.
When you read that gear chart, remember that 35's aren't really 35"
and 34's aren't 34" either.
For just a DD, 4:10's would be fine. Sand, Mud, Snow, you're gonna want the 4:56's

if you may run 37's get 4.88. I have 4.56, 34.4 (duratracs) and in the Rockies (that you have a potential transfer to) you'd want that with your added weight. Seems everyone is ignoring that when they say 4.10 is perfect for 35/34. Learn from those that have done it and have first hand info for you.
