Just to update the thread, called JKS last year and they said it looked like the bushing was installed wrong and sent me another one. I have only wheeled my jeep this past year and havent driven it on road so I didnt get around to replacing the bushing till this past weekend. removed trackbar and bushing fell out of the trackbar as soon as i removed the bar. Weird. I pressed new bushing in. hope this is the last time I have to mess with this.
