I know most people get after market wheels with back spacing but I don't see how you could avoid hitting. I don't have a pic but I can take one tomorrow to show the contact. Hits BAD if I'm flexing while turning wheels left or right. I hit even if I'm not full flexed. Frustrating....
I have these too. The 1st time i disconnected I chose to remove the stud along with the link for insurance. I have stock 16" steelies with 28" tall tires. Another JKer with 35's also took the stud off because at full flex he tore a sidewall.

So now I call em not-so-quick discos...

Make sure the are HD for 4dr. The regular 4dr coils are usually a medium coil which will always sag under an aftermarket bumper and winch. OME HD coils are a great ride and hold up well. The fronts are $160 shipped and same with rear. Call dave at northridge 4x4, he will never steer you wrong. Quad is also a gear vendor as well... Always better to speak with them and explain things...

WOW $160.00 out the door for OME? Thats pretty good. Been looking at more skyjackers for 138 and teraflex for 230.00. I will have to check that out. Now if I could only find away to pay for the new gears, 35's, wheels, lockers, etc....... It never stops!!! This has to be the slowest Jeep build EVER!!! lol

I'd have to agree, i decided to tie my swaybar in the stock position with a bungee when disconnected and had zero rubbing issues with my 38x13.50s on 4.5" backspaced rims. Worked like a charm. When i first tried to tie it UP out of the way it looked like it wouldve caused an issue pretty quickly.

Yes sir, $160 out the door... Call Dave at northridge... I'll be calling him soon to upgrade my front OME coils (standard 4dr), to HD 618's... Take your time with the build and do it right the first time...
