Default JK's CPU problems
Recently I just realized that I never upgraded my gear ratio after I lifted my Jeep so I went and took care of it. I am running 35x12.50 tires and originally set it to 5.00 but after driving it today, the RPMs were pretty high, the check engine light was on, and it would get stuck in neutral when I had it in reverse. I drive an automatic 2014 4 door. I just reset the gear ratio to 4.56 (have not tried driving it around yet) and was wondering if that would help. On another note, I ran the diagnostics and got these 3 messages and was hoping to understand how to fix them. *I just installed a new pair of headlights that came with an HID kit*

Don't understand why you are changing the gear size when you have changed the tires. You should be setting the tire size in the programmer, or does the superchip not have that feature.

It does have that feature, I did not realize it took care of that as well. There were two sections (one for tire size and one for axle ratio), so I assumed that changing the tire size didn't change the axle ratio

I get those same codes now that I have an HID kit as well as some codes for my fogs since I swapped them for led bulbs.

if you physically did not change gears do not input a gear change with the tuner.

If it like the procal there is a setting to reset back to stock or just input what ever actual gears you have ie 3.21, 3.73 or 4.10

I did try resetting back to stock but that didn't change the tire size and gears. I put it back to 3.73 because that is what I think I have, but I will do more research to know for sure. Really appreciate the help!

well you really need to know because if you input the wrong gears you will go into limp mode most likely.

It's either the 3.73 or 3.21. I'm just having trouble finding out which one it came with. I'm looking through receipts and owners manual and such. Do you know where I can find this? I know the tire and wheel info is on the inside of the driver door so I'm hoping there is something similar somewhere on the Jeep but for axles
