Default jks adj front tb.

I am going to put mine on tomorrow, what size bolt do you guys recommend to replace factory. I have an 07 and I have read that the factory ones are wrong or weak???

9/16th, 3" long, grade 8, fine thread, with a locknut... not a nylon locknut, but a steel locknut.

I would recommend the 9/16ths 3" with flat washer and stover nut, but one issue you may run into, Someone PLEASE correct me if I am wrong, but the JKS adj tb, bushing is 14mm correct? so you will have to drill out the bushing before being able to up to 9/16ths I believe, again someone correct me if I am wrong here. Most other trackbars use 9/16ths bushings.

Your defiantly incorrect . I have the jks track bar and it is a 9/16.

The difference is minimal between the 14mm bolt OD and 9/16" bolt OD. You should not have to drill anything out because jeep put way to much clearance between the bolt and bracket holes. I did this "mod" a few weeks ago. Takes only a few minutes.

I also have the jks trac bars and am getting ready to change out the bolts. I have not replaced the original LCA's so do u still need to change out the bolts on them?
