JK Speaker Fog Lights Issue
Ok, I could use some help.
I've got a 2014 Rubicon X that I put JW Speaker Evo 2 headlights in and they work great. I also put in the JW Speaker 6045 fog lights and there is where I'm having a problem. Currently only one is lighting up at a time. Through a process of elimination and through switching harnesses I'm sure it's not the wiring or the lights themselves. I should also note that I'm running a Genesis dual battery setup and I know that caused an issue with my SPOD set up but I can't figure out why only one is lighting at a time.
Any ideas?

I've got an '08 with almost an identical set up Genesis Dual Battery, sPOD, EVO-2 JW Speakers and Fogs without an issue. I should not the only difference on my set up is I'm using the OEM switch for the fogs.

Ditto. Almost the same, running M.O.R.E. dual battery setup, sPOD (1st Gen), JW Evo2 Headlights/Fogs, also using the OEM switch. No issues at all.

I've got the same setup and my fogs both work reliably on the OEM switch. I'd suspect that CANBUS is interfering, maybe limiting the draw, and in turn triggering a protection circuit in one of the lights.
Did you test both lights separately to make sure they work (just being thorough)?
