I have installed about five of these now and yes they are made by Superlift. The kit comes with 4 coils, 4 bilstein shocks,new front track bar, rear trac bar bracket/brace, extended bump stops, brake line relocators and cam bolt that you could choose not to use.
I would have to say it more of a 2.5 inch lift and 35 fit very nicely
