i don't care for the mud flaps but they will keep the law off my back. is it street legal , i would think so since our wheel base is 22" longer than a two door. as for the bumper i designed it, i wanted to protect the fenders and open for the wheels than a friend said " why don't you make your airtank out of it? and so it is! i put the viair 100% duty cycle between the radiator and the grill, it fit just perfect.

i put a pic of me standing next to jeep in myjkproject, it does give a much better idea of the lift

He has a 5.5 RockCarawler longarm kit plus he left on his teraflex 2.5 spacer lift.
