Why don't you wait for superchips? Their computer should be out before December. It is much better then your other choices..

I've heard of good things from uni-chip especially that it doesnt leave traces of tampering with the ECU when you go in for warrenty work. But I still think superchips is pretty much the best though i donno if they're comming out with one for the jk's

What traces of tampering are you refering to? Are you saying the Jet chips will void a warrenty? Their website states that they will not void a warrenty. And they look like they just plug in and could be unplugged if nessesary. I'm asking cause I just bought a Jet chip but haven't recieved it yet and it would be good to know if there is a problem before installing.

I'm not sure about the jet chip but when the mechanic runs the diagnostic check on the car to see whats wrong some performance chips leave software evidence that the ECU has been modified not physical damage and will void a warrenty. You should check with jet with that.

I am pretty sure chips do not leave software evidence due to the fact that it intercepts a signal then changes it and then lets it continue down the circuit. A system like Hypertech actually saves the stock setup to the handset and loads new software into the computer which maybe could leave something in the computer, but I wouldn't see why since it has the stock setup saved and just re-uploads it.
