Even a little bit of mud will do it.

I had to spend some extra time at the car wash getting on the backside of the rims. damn mud. After that, no more shaking.

I guess ice and road salt could do it too.

It might also be that one of the wheel weights got knocked off by some ice and snow causing it to shake at high speeds.

Clean the wheels and test drive it, if it still is the same check for a missing wheel weight and then have them rebalanced if needed.

I know one thing it will scare the heck out of you .. I mean shaking violently .. on the work this morning ...

Thank you for all for the info What you suggested resolved the issue . Took jeep to car wash now drives like new .. no shaking ...
