Check for snow/ice packed inside your rims. Probably just throwing off the tire balance.

Did you power wash your wheels and hubs out ? After living in MI my whole life you learn after playing in snow you have to clean your wheels, its like adding lbs to your wheel weight.

It should but you never know. It could be something else. Clean the inside and outside of your wheels. If it doesn't fix it, come back and give us more details about the shake you are getting

Just find one if those self carwash places and spray inside the wheels. It helps if you cut the wheels.

Two things;

It probably is something stuck to the wheel throwing your balance off.

Jeeps often get that shake at around 45 mph after wheeling in the mud and dried mud is stuck on the inner parts of the rim.

I guess ice and road salt could do it too.

It might also be that one of the wheel weights got knocked off by some ice and snow causing it to shake at high speeds.

Clean the wheels and test drive it, if it still is the same check for a missing wheel weight and then have them rebalanced if needed.
