I second that, I have the 5500 as well. Only issue I have is a little bit of chatter from my sway bar disconnects when rolling slowly through a parking lot.

I would recommend doing some more research before pulling the trigger. You need a steering stabilizer? Why?

Does the kit come with LCA's? Track bar/bracket? Sway bar links? Bump stops?

There is a TON to read on here that will give you a lot of good information.

Came with everything you listed except LCA. I researched for about 2 months. I ordered the steering stabilizer because with my bigger tires the jeep liked to wonder over potholes and what not.

I put a had a rough country 4" installed on my 2012. It rides extremely rough. I would suggest not using their shock as 2 have gone bad in 9,000 miles & it rides like crap. I am putting on some bilsteins on this weekend to try to smooth the ride.

Let me know how that works for you. I've got the same lift and considering the same shocks.

I have the rough country 3.5 series 2 and love it. I wheel it 1-2 times per week and mess around on job sites (I do construction) whenever I get chance. No probs with it and neither does my brothers (same lift ). If the BDS is close to same price with the same amount of components get it but if lots more or is missing lots of stuff then get the RC imho

I was also wondering if the tire carrier could hand a 33" off road wheel and tire or would it damage the rear door?

I've been running a big 33 (33.6) on my stock rim. It fit nice with no issues. A lot of ppl with 33's on the stock carriers with zero issues

A lot of people new to lifting jeeps go straight to the big names,, even if they dont get the best reviews. I suggest looking into the Old Man Emu lift. They flex great and have a very comfortable ride. Call Dave at Northridge4x4 and let him give you the details. Good luck with the decision.
