You mentioned that the front track bar mount had ovaled out?
I would think that could be a major part of the problem. Tiny sloppiness in the TB can create some seriously sloppy steering as the whole axle will shift under the jeep. Excess body roll could be a symptom but is also sounds like you need new shocks.

So verdict would be tight ball joints and the shocks are probably causing the body roll? Any other opinions? All thoughts are welcome.

Actual lift I'm a tad over 4.5" Ive been wanting to do A draglink flip and track bar brackets but I just haven't gotten around to it yet. Guess now is the time to start
