Jam Nut on Teraflex Front LCA's
Ok, please forgive me for a stupid question . But, I cannot get the jam nut loose on my LCA'S. If looking from the front of the vehicle at the axle mount, the jam nut should turn to the left? Correct? I cannot get it to budge, any suggestions?

i had the same exact problem.. i had them on and had to take them off in order to loosen the nut. i took a pipe wrench and put it on the nut and another pipe wrench facing the other direction on the flat part of the shaft right under the jam nut. i had one person push down on the one pipe wrench while i did the same to the other wrench.. worked as easy as pie. and i tried every other way and this worked in a second.. u WILL scratch the paint a bit so be careful and if u have black touch up paint, u can fill in the scratches and u wont rele be able to tell unless ur crazy about detail.. in a situation like this, u cant rele baby them to much even tho u spent alot of money on them. Other wise it makes the process longer and harder if ur toooo careful. good luck

Thanks for everyone's help. I finally got the one I was having problems with loosened and the other side was much easier. It a pretty tough job for a woman, we don't have that upper body strength.
