Default jacking the rear question

I have a 2011 rubi unlimited and pretty sure I have a bent axle flange in the rear since I hear a rythmic speaking and tire looks a little wobbly, I would like to confirm this by taking the wheels off and watch the calipers spin. I'm pretty sure I can I just put the rear axle on jack stands and put it in drive or do I have to jack up all 4 tires, sorry of its a stupid question just don't want to cause more problems haha

Block the front and put it in 2 wheel drive. Good to go. You can put it in N and turn it by hand. May be hot.

Make sure you didn't bend an axle tube too.
