I've read so much my brain hurts
Okay guys I recently picked up my JK and I've been deciding on a lift for about 2-3 months now. Reading thread after thread about choosing a 2.5" inch lift. I've pretty much narrowed it down to Teraflex and Rock Krawler but still checking around for others opinions. I know this is annoying but I'm in need of help. My jeep and I thank you Lol

I did the same when I got my JK, drove me crazy with all the options of lifts available but in the end I chose the Tera Flex 2 1/2 and have been very satisfied with this lift. The lift was easy to install and haven't had to do anything else to it. Good luck with whichever lift you decide!

More information.
What is the budget? What are your expectations? How will it be used? What type(s) of terrain? Are you willing to start minimal and add on? Or do you want to spend the money up front for a more 'complete' lift? What size tire? Stock flares, chopped, flats? What actual lift height are you hoping to achieve? (some 2.5" coils could put you well above that height...) Whatever else I am forgetting to ask.
But with a complete lack of information to go on, I will suggest a 2.5" BB from Teraflex.

You're already up 2.5". I'd get 35's first, then think about swapping the lift. You might be fine with what you have. I was in the same boat until yesterday. I run a 2.5" RE BB and 33's. Just went to 35's and it rides great so now I've put off thinking about swapping the lift.

Or you could just keep what you have, trim the fenders, slap the 35's on, and go have fun.

I just ran 35s with no lift and trimmed factory flares. Looked awesome and drove great.

I bought my jk with a RC bb and 35" tires already installed. Instead of swapping out the lift, I installed 4.56 gears with trutracs front and rear. Great for trails. You'll need new gears worse than you'll need a new lift. I also threw on a RC front sway bar disco kit to make me feel like I'm getting a little more flex. I'm not a hard core rock climber so it works for me.

I have gearing and 35s taken care of. I dont want spacers, just personal preference. Just wanted help with first hand experiences of the two lifts, but thank you guys for looking out for me
