I just ordered mine to get in on the Christmas sale.

I opted to *not* get the floor kit, as I'm going to make my own out of carbon fiber and have a few ideas I want to look at modifying, once the kit is installed.


I'll post pics, once I get it and installed and let you guys know my thoughts.

What's the intended use for the top being able to slide back? Is it to make loading stuff on it easier, or does it allow you to take the top on/off with it on?

Default Fold down option?

This rack looks great, It would be great if, once extended it could fold down 90 degrees. It would make loading boats, kayaks, and bikes so much easer if it hinged down once fully extended. It could rest on the rear tire and give easer access to tie downs.

Any suggestions of a rack with that or a like features?
