Alright CTNedge I can now call myself a dumbass... it is the Control Arm bolt that is loose it is the lower bolt on the rear control arm which happens to be right behind the driverside tire and that is why i heard it comeing from the tire itself. so going to try to lift the jeep up losen the CA bolts again then Crank them back down hopefully i dont have to weld the washers on there that would suck ass!!!

Ha ha ha thats awsome!! it was a pain in my ASS!! The worst part now everytime i take off I cringe like its going to make a noice then nothing...

A big Thanks to everybody!!!
Jeep is now Running Great no problems for the last couple of weeks. to tell you the truth I think I forgot to torque those down completly could have been all the beer I was drinking to figure out what was going on with it.
