Default Issues Again Pinpointed the problem though let me know your Thoughts!!!

Alright i will list them by numbers makes it so much easier.

1. when I come to a stop I get a really Loud noice in the back it is hard to explain.
2. checked Drive Shaft everything looks Fine maybe a little play when you turn it but that is normal.
3. Checked all the bolts on the rear end and the front end and tightened everything down.
4. All the the bolts on the jeep were originally torqued down when in the air.
5. Talked with TeraFlex they informed me to loosen all control arm bolts and then lower back down and shake a bunch then torque back down. done! still have the issue!!!!!!
6. Noticed today if i stop nice and easy and dont have the front dip down at all there are no issues.
7. as soon as i hit the brakes harder and the front dips it starts to make the noise again.
8. thought it was a loose lug nut. nope checked all lugnuts all tight!!!
9. I am Litterally all out of options!!!! i have no clue what it could be it is only when starting and stoping. no issues when driving down the road or even going really really slow and taking off again. Has anybody else experienced these issues????? Please help!!!

Post some pics of the suspension when you get a chance, maybe one of us will see something for you to check. (rear bumpstops turned the wrong way or coils bowed back and contacting or the rear links are backwards or whatever)

OK, this may sound stupid too but....

Could it be something inside your storage compartment or the jack in the rear compartment?

Have you checked to make sure your calipers are tightened down enough?
