Default Issue with Synergy Drag Link hitting Steering Stabilizer

Long story short. . . . I replaced my drag link with a Synergy in the stock position. The DL hits the steering stabilizer when in full left turn position. The lift is a BDS 3" with Track Bar. Not sure if I have something set wrong or need a different setup. Any input would be appreciated.

Would it help to reposition the SS over to the drag link? That's how I set mine up for a similar issue (Currie rods though). SS function is still the same.

I was just under the jeep considering that option. . . It's a possibility but with the angle it will put a strain on the SS bushings. Not sure if that will be an issue.

That adjuster sleeve looks like it's extended quite a bit. Is your steering wheel straight? If that sleeve is shortened I think the bend will clear the ss

Also is your axle perfectly centered?

The adjuster sleeve is right at the recommended max length. I will look at this tomorrow but don't think it will make enough of a difference.

Is that the BDS stabilizer? I had the same issue with mine when i installed the drag link. Swap to something smaller like a bilstein or fox. That'll fix the problem for sure.

I had two BDS stabilizers that failed on me. . . The shop discontinued using them and gave me a Rancho. Either way... The drag link is hitting the mounting bolt so it really wouldn't matter what stabilizer I use. Synergy thinks it is a compatibility issue and should flip my drag link. I'm going to try a few adjustments and see if I can work it out. I find it hard to believe I'm the only one with the stabilizer in that position using Synergy.

Can you post a picture of your setup?
