Default Ironbull Bumpers

Has anybody had any experience with these bumpers?

You can just google iron bull bumpers and click on Vehicle Models and the jeep logo at the top.

Any idea how much they cost?

I have talked with mmcan and he LOVES his. I almost went with one, but chose the MBRP finally. I love the looks of this bumper and the guys that make it are cool to deal with.

OK. It's just my opinion. But...

Just not what I like. I'm more of a Shrockworks kind of guy.

I don't like it much either. I am more of a stubby bumper kind of guy. I like the Smittybilt stubby with the grill guard/light bar with kickers. I have an early style Smittybilt without the bar. I may have a bar bent and welded on one of these days.

Only issue I have with it is the feet first theory. While it is true that the load is distributed evenly across all four bolts, it does transfer the weak point from the bolt to the bumper. This solution, pushes the load against the front plate. Since the front plate has no real depth, it puts considerable strain on the welds and will increase flex. I much rather shear a bolt, then rip off the front of my bumper. Remember one important thing about a weld if you forget everything else... a weld is much stronger in shear than it is in tension. This solution places those welds in tension.
