Installing tires from an online vendor?
I was just wondering how people do this. I am going to get 315/75/16 mt/r kevlars and know they will need balancing. How are people doing this and how much added cost is it?

I was in the opposite situation, I bought the tires locally, had them installed, then a month or so later I had them remounted on new wheels. I'm not sure if it mattered that I bought the tires there or not, but they did charged me 75.00 for mounting and balancing. This was at NTB.

This is the same issue I was faced with recently. I was going to purchase all my new tires and wheels from an online supplier, and liked the price, until I started checking around in my local area and found that every tire store would charge me for anything I needed done on these tires because I had not purchased them there. I understand this, and felt that it was much easier for me to get replacements, balancing, and flat repair if I purchased them locally. I suppose it is the old axiom of taking ones own beef to the local butcher and asking him to cut it into steaks.....

call around to smaller, independent shops. more than likely, they will be cheaper and more likely to not give you a hard time. if no local shops, check with a meineke type shop (chain but not a huge company). be sure to mention the tire size and wheel size. some shops may not mount a 12.5" wide tire on a 8" wide wheel. i would expect to pay around $25-30 per tire.

Just start calling places in your phone book and asking for prices. Like stated above, do tell them your vehicle and the size of the tire and wheel. My local place does my mounting and balancing and charges around $60 for all four, but those are car tires and not something huge like 35's.

you can take them to any discount tire/americas tire or even walmart and they will take care of you.

I would go to Hunter's website and see where there are roadforce balancers near you. Those tires aren't the easiest to balance, and someone just spin balancing them is going to lead to issues.
Here's the Hunter RoadForce Balancer Location finder,
