Installing Fox Bump stops for front axle
I have a 3.5" RK mid arm flex system coming, pairs with Fox 2.0 shocks. Decided to pull the trigger on 2.5" stroke Fox bump stops as well.
Now, my question is... Are most people installing these bump stops inside their coils up front? Is this the only place for them to go? Will I need any additional hardware to put them in my coils?
Thanks.

Yes they need to install in the coil and you will need to cut the cup at the bottom. I used rotozip with cutting wheel due to the tight space. I attached some pics for a reference.

You guys are seeing them at their extended height. I'm not sure how they work. If there is a solid height or not.
Think of them as another shock extended/collapsed lengths.

I don't know about that. Look how much shock is left. And it looks like theres only an inch or two between the old bump stop and the Teraflex. Just don't look right to me.
