Default Installing an aftermarket bumper

Could someone give me an idea the time involved with installing a front stubby aftermarket bumper with fog lights and without a winch? I just need a rough idea. Thanks

Couple hours if you have all the tools ready and have a general knowledge. It's 4 nuts on each side of the frame then 4 screws on each fog light. The shroud and air dam come off pretty easy from blastocyst screws.
