Default Installing 5.13 gears, need your opinion on gear pattern!

Hi guys!

This is the first time I'm installing new gears. My Jeep is a Wrangler Unlimited Rubicon 2008. I would like your opinion on my gear patterns before moving on with the installation.

First try:

Then I added a 0.1mm pinion shim:

What do You think? Is this enough or should I add another 0.1mm?

It was very easy to mount the ring gear after it was heated. I baked a nice pie at the same time

Hi,

Pie was very good! What do you think about the gear patterns?

I am certainly no expert but from what I can see it looks good. Looks centered on both sides. How did the rest of the install go? So what kind of pie is it?

I started with the rear axle today, will finish it tomorrow. Just wanted some opinions before proceeding.

I baked a pineapple pie, tasted very good with some wipped cream! :-)

More opinions please.

Thanks again.

I've never done it, but looks shallow according to the chart. Subscribed.
