Default Installed new inner and outer tie rods and steering is really really lose...

2010 Dodge Grand Caravan. I torqued everything down to specs, and reinstalled all components, and when I took it for a drive, the power steering is really loose, almost non responsive. Any ideas? I replaced both inner and outer tie rods on both front sides.

You realize you posted this in a Modified Jeep Wrangler forum right? You might get better support in a forum dedicated to the minivan.
