Default Installed lift, front is higher???

So I just installed my RC 2.5" coil lift. Love it so far, got plenty of clearance and is the exact hight I wanted. Ride great and installed it in 2 hours.

The only thing is, its a little higher up front.. Can you guys tell. The only thing I can think of is because its a 2012 and the front end is lighter due to the smaller engine. I netted a total lift of 3.25 in the front and 2 in the rear from stock.

Before

After

It looks to me like it has just leveled it out for you. Check the height from the ground to the frame (where it's not curved) and see if it's the same now for the front and rear. It might be a little off, but I'd bet not much. The leveling kit I had before my lift was 1" higher in the front.

If anything once you get a winch and bumper it should sag a little.

Its just weird. Usually the rear is higher than the front on these RC 2.5" lifts.

Im not worried about it. You cant really tell unless you stare at it.

Just finished mine a few hours ago also, if it wasnt for the rear wheel to fender you wouldnt really see the difference. Thats how mine turned out also. Same RC 2.5 coil lift. Still looks awesome. Ill post some of mine tomorrow morning so we can compare.

I like the front a bit higher on the JK. Not asking for a full pre-runner look but that looks good. Winch and front bumper should level it out a bit.

Pictures dont do justice as to how much lift I actually got. And Ya I measured floor to bottom of the frame front and back and the front is only 1/4 inches higher. But ya your right. A front bumper will do the trick!!!

Thanks! I think you will be happy once you get a winch. It will bring the front down a little bit. But I think your jeep sits perfect right now
