Default Installed FullTraction 3 inch premium lift kit, now facing some issues...

Installed Fulltraction 3 inch lift. Overall, it is a great product with very good quality and
I am quite happy with my choice.

But I am facing some problems and trying to find ways to solve it

the caster angle is not enough, ideally I can make it bigger by shorten the
upper control arm, but the shortest length it can go is the stock control arm length.

the front coil is kind of too close to the swaybar link. It is not causing problem
now on street, but I am not sure in offroad situation.

Driver Side

Passenger side is even worse

stock 16 inch wheel backspacing is too big, which makes the wheel getting contact with
sway bar link bolt (the one connecting sway bar link with sway bar).
So currently, I borrowed my friend's tire with 18 inch wheel. I am planning to
get wheel spacer to push my stock wheel more outward and hopefully it can solve the problem.

I installed brake line extension also, but rear one tends to contact the tire.
I zipped tied it in a wiered way so it is avoding the contact, but it seems it will
lose the capability to extend all the way before get stretched by zip tie

Any opinion/idea/suggestion will be appreciated.

Very well known issue. You need new rims with less backspace or wheel spacers. If you are still rubbing after that, turn the bolt around? Or chop off the end of the bolt? (When you flex with your current setup, the bolt will move up and contact the new 18's, so that is a temporary solution at best.
(Most lift mfg's out there recommend 4.5 or less backspace, I'm sure if you look at the install docs or FT's website, you will see that they recommend it also. Can't really get around that...)

Go to the hardware store and get a spring. Connect the spring somewhere inward, away from the tire.

That is the problem with getting uppers only. There have been a few posts where people chopped a bit off of the uppers to make them shorter, but personally, I would add lowers.

it'll be fine, just leave it zip tied

You need new rims with proper back spacing, or wheel spacers. Your sway bar links are fine, when you disconnect for off-road they will be rotated out of the way. The rear brake lines are normal. Once you have new rims or spacers it will not be that close.

Call me tomorrow and I'll explain the caster adjustment

Umm, shouldn't that brakeline be routed on the inside of the swaybar?

Well, I am more concerned about highway drivability. The swaybar is kind of too close
to spring. If I drive fast on roads that have little pithole, I am not sure if it will cause
sway bar touch spring and cause trouble.

Installed new 315x75x16 Mud Tire with 16x8x4.25 rim

Now the sway bar link contacting rear rim problem is gone

Without Front lower control arm, I just left the caster anger as 3.2 degrees on both sides, I recentered track bar, adjusted toe-in, now the vehicle drives fine without
problem all the way up to 65 mph

I tested the result in my friend's backyard mini offroad park, The brake line extension looked doing job ok

Looks nice. I noticed that you had your MTRs mounted wrong side out on the before pics and correct side out in the after pics. I made the same mistake
