Too bad you live in Torrance, I would have taken you up on the install party. I just purchased my Mopar 2in lift where I plan on doing the install myself. I could use a hand in exchange for a hand.

If your shocks come with the bushings already installed your good. I thought my 2.5 lift was pretty straight forward even with it being my first install. Your 3.5 is a little more complicated but still seems pretty doable.

Michigan. I visit Torrance traveling for work quite a bit. Unfortunately, those days are numbered because my main purpose for being in Torrance was in visiting the Toyota N.A. headquarters. My trips will be routed to Plano, TX in the near future.

I got a couple questions for you guys,

Alright, guys I installed the front part of my suspension this weekend... I had trouble with stuff and directions are hard to follow and could Not find write ups on my lift kit install...

So in 2 (not full, about 4 hours each) days I got the following installed (which all came in the Rubicon Express 3.5" Sport kit):

-Front Shocks: Rubicon Express (Bilstein)
-Front Springs: Rubicon Express
-Drop Brackets: (for Upper & Lower Control Arms)
-Exhaust Spacers

The following is NOT INSTALLED YET:

-Rear Shocks: Rubicon Express (Bilstein)
-Rear Springs: Rubicon Express
-Front Track Bar
-Rear Sway-Bar Links
-Front Brake Line Extension bracket
-Rear Brake Line Extension bracket

Question #1 - Do you take the STOCK "Sway Bar Links from the Rear" and put them up in the Front? (Videos I seen on YouTube, during installation of other kits, they did this... but I don't see any of that in the instructions for my kit.

Question #2 - Any tips on installing the Front Sway Bar?

Question #3 - How do you install the Brake line Extension bracket? I don't have enough play to move the brake lines down far enough to mount on the extension bracket? Is there something I missed?

Yes, this is pretty standard to move the rears to the front on kits which include rear sway bar links. The reason is that the kit provides a longer sway bar link for the rear which is needed for the added height of the lift. Then the OEM rears are longer than the OEM fronts, where you move the rears to the front, again for the additional height of the lift.

No, I looked at this kit when I was shopping. I got the Mopar 2in lift instead, where they are very similar lifts with pretty much all the same parts, with minor differences in pieces which serve the same purpose.

Check out Youtube. Here's a RE install that might be useful.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WHpMQyMcMbs Even watching installs for other lifts can be useful, since as I mentioned a 2.5in spring lift such as the RE are all very similar. Check out some of the TF install videos.

Make sure u take a wire brush to the end of the sway bar bolts. The threads will corrode and by the time u have the nut jammed at the end it will be too late. There is a 6mm hex key at the end of the TRE end of the sway bar though it will not give u enough leverage if the nut get stuck on the rusted end and the jam nut comes loose. Wire brush, wd40 and if necessary heat. The sway bars look pretty straightforward and they are but the top end is a TRE and once it starts to spin u will run into problems.
