Install Party anyone?

Install Party anyone?
I purchased a Rubicon Express 3.5" Sport lift kit to go on my 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport..(after 2 years of him-hawing around about pulling the trigger)
I also purchased some:
17" Anthem Off-Road wheels
35"/12.50/17 Nitto Trail Grapplers
My real question is:
Should I install at a shop (4wheelParts quoted me an insane $920 to install) or just do it myself?
I'm in the South Bay Torrance area of California...
Everyone's help is greatly appreciated!

You could most definitely do it yourself. Just make sure you got big enough jack stands and jacks to lift the jeep as high as you can to make it easier on yourself. I did the Rubicon Express 3.5" Standard lift. Basically the same thing. Took me 8 hours and I was on a 4-point lift. By myself though. So if you have help you'll be solid. Also just a heads up the directions suck 8==D you'll have to just use good ole common knowledge and sense when putting half of it on.

There are plenty of youtube videos to watch, and there are some how-to's up in the JK Write-ups area (there is an Index stuck to the top that leads to a categorized list. Lift brand doesn't really matter, they all use pretty much the same steps)
You can use spring compressors, but it may be quicker and easier to just lift higher and loosen/disconnect to let the axle droop more. My first install took two full days because I kept second guessing myself and running to the store for tools I didn't have and scratching my head trying to figure out what the crappy install guide was saying. Would have been much easier if I had checked youtube and the member write-ups first...

I got another quote from Performance Plus in Long Beach and they gave me a price of $620! which is better than 4wheel parts at $920 but still dumb.
where did you go and get quoted for $380?

I did my Rubicon Express 2.5 with two jack stands, a floor jack and a 174 piece Craftsman tool set plus a torque wrench. Took about 7 hours including having to put the shocks in the freezer to fit the bushings.
