Default Info on Regear and driveshaft???

where can i find goon info cause y want to regear and to change my driveshfts of my new jk unlimited sahara 3'' lift!!!

ok thanks i kknow now that y should get some front driveshafts and regear ......
but where can i find installation instructions to regear an to change driveshafts????
and somthing else they sell in northridge4x4 a kit that comes with install kit, but i want the alloy usa ones......they dont come with install kit, what does that kit include????

ok thanks ill se how can i do, so im putting some 4.88 gears and just changing the front driveshaft to alloy usa chromoly because of what ive read the 4 door dosent need rear driveshafts.

Nope , 4dr with a rear stocker good for a long time unless you bash it. If you do oem jereels the switch is really easy. If not, you have to change the yolks on the pinion and TF case.

Default How About Axel Shafts??

hey from what ive read in a 4 door automatic with a 3'' lift i should change my front drive shaft........ but how about the axle shafts???? should i change them??

With you running 33's, I wouldn't worry about changing your axle shaftys right now. On a 4dr the frt DS will last you a good while with the manual tranny, if you have an auto , the major thing that happens is that the DS boot will catch and rip on the skid and or the tranny pan. There have been several people on here that have run the frt stocker for a good while even with the boot ripped. You could do something like I did to mine. Take the metal clamp off the boot and replace with a ziptie( that clamp will catch your tranny pan and possibly cause a leak, it has a lump that sticks out on it). I also lowered my skid with washers and trimmed the hell outta the skid/crossmember. I'm not saying you won't rip the boot with this set-up, but it makes it abit less likely.
