I'm new at this, I have questions .. Help?
I have a 2009 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited X, I was looking to upgrade! for tires i was thinking 33x12.50R15, and for wheels I was thinking 15" Soft 8 Cragars. I don't want them to rub, whats a good cheap 2" lift I could look into buying? Anyone have any ideas?

Here's a link that shows forum members running different types of 15" rims.

Most of the soft 8s fit without having to grind down the brake calipers or add wheel spacers..

If you do a 15" wheel you will have no choice but to get one with 3.75" backspacing because of the break calipers -- thus your tire will stick out about 2" from the fender flare.
IMO, I would do a 16" wheel with 4.5" backspacing. It won't rub. For a basic lift I would do either a Rubicon Express 2" budget boost, or a Teraflex 2.5" budget boost, or do the light duty Old Man Emu 2" coil lift.

Say I were to get 16" wheels, I'm new to this so I don't understand much, if I were to get 16" wheels with 33x12.50 tires and didn't have any spacing but had the TeraFlex 2.5 Budget Boost would I have rubbing? If I need spacing what companies make good spacers?

Start with the FAQ's.
Good info on tire height vs lift height, tire width vs wheel backspace, wheel spacers, what components you might want for certain lift heights, etc.
And yes, the Tera 2.5" kits are well thought out. (what else you might want depends on your budget and handling preferences)
-Spacers or new coils is your choice.
-New shocks or use the shock extensions is another choice.
-Comes with new rear swaybar links, then you move the stock rears up front.
-Comes with a rear trackbar bracket to re-center the rear axle.
-Comes with ext brake line brackets for the rear. (won't need them in front)
-Comes with bumpstop extensions front and rear.
Components you 'may' want to add at some point:
-A trackbar bracket for the front (if having the front axle not centered bothers you)
-A set of front adjustable control arms (if the handling is a bit too flighty for you - look at the FAQ section on Caster for more info)
