If you still have carpet, I would buy weathertech floor mats and weathertech cargo liner. Nothing beats the protection they offer. Hands down

Depends...what all have you done so far? You could get a set of offroad lights, some recovery equipment, floor mats, a CB, or fill the back with beer!
