Lots of variables. Start with the Thoughts on Lifts thread stuck right to the top of this modified area. Then search for any post by Planman. In the sig line you should find a link to a good build thread for a low cog route to 37's. He ended up on 40's, so you should find some good info.

Gearing will depend on engine and location and axles and whatever else. But you might plan on 5.38's.

What is your budget? What axles are you planning on? Full width d60's? 14b? How much work will you be doing yourself? Gear setup? Welding? Planning on flat flares, correct? Fill in as much of your build plan as you can to get better feedback.

I just googled "run 37's on JK" and tons of info came up. You can find out all you need to know with Google and the thoughts on lifts in this forum
