That looks nice but only holds 50 lbs. I would worry that it would damage the door over time. A hitch mount basket might be a better option.

I have the small sierra rack and use it to carry two 5 gal blitz cans.
I did add the MBRP reinforcing kit to the tailgate...
Cooler stays inside, ice lasts longer.
Considered the tail gate one, but decided that having to remove the items being carried just to open the lift gate was a bad thing as well as the complete loss of departure angle.
