I would do superchips and then save for gears. Together with a superchip and gears i took 2.5 seconds off my zero to 60 time. I used my superchips data capture tool to record stock and modified 0-60 times. There were 5 pass averages on same road.

i have 4 door rubi on 35's auto

My personal thought is I would skip a cold air intake and the exhaust unless you get a proven combination from a reputable source with dyno results to back it up. When the time is right for me i will probably go ripp headers/diablo with ripps recomendation on exhaust and snorkel. Someone correct me if i am wrong but i thought i read that ripp tested alot of headers and exhausts that robbed low end torque and even horsepower!

I have read alot of posts about people saying "wow that made a huge difference" "i could really feel the power in the seat of my pants" after they isntalled a intake or exhaust. To me that doesnt mean squat.

Would be neat to see someones before and after 0-60 times. Measure stock then measure with intake, exhuast and tune.

I have a 10 Rubicon Unlimited Auto and it is what it is. In the future I would like to lift and go to 35s, but for now it seems a bit sluggish just stock. Nothing new there but it seems you all recommend upgrades. I was going to go with a MBRP exhaust, AEM Brute Intake, and Flashpaq. Anyone running these or can recommend anything to help out? Good or bad with my selections?
You stated that your JK felt sluggish? Well try ths sprint booster module for you accelerator....BIG improvement! No horse gains but it will definately feel faster. Better throttle response that is.

Do you know if you can run the Superchips and Sprintbooster? Seems like 2 separate mods-1. Computer 2. Gas pedal, but other than the cost would there be an issue?

The Flashpaq is really good. I cannot say that the aftermarket air systems do anything other than make it sound better. I have had AEV and one other system, but did not find any appreciable improvement on gas consumption or power.

Awesome points guys, keep them coming. Thank you
A winning combo:
  • Cold air intake
  • Headers
  • Exhaust
  • Diablo sport tune with our tune

Thanks RIPP. I'll keep that in mind. I'm in NJ so not far at all.

I'm running the Superchip, AEM CAI, and MBRP Exhaust.

Like others have said, the Superchip made a world of difference for me, even before 35's and lift.

I really like my intake and exhaust, who knows if it does anything for performance, but it sounds and makes me feel like it does.

Gear swapped to 5.13 last month....obviously money well spent after the 35's and lift!
