So a clear plastic cover? I think you're out of luck trying to find and emergency top that'll fully cover and still be able to drive. Check the weather and accept getting a little wet every now and then.

Get the emergency top that covers all but the front doors and buy a set of bestop soft doors. I have the doors and I'll admit they fit like Crap, but I love how fast and easy they are to put on. Won't keep the road noise out or all the water, but it sure is a better option to not having anything at all.

maybe not something exactly like that but just four doors i can fold up and have in the trunk in case of rain. i was on a date with my girlfriend and out of literally no where it just pored down on us and i didnt have any doors so i was wondering if there was any kind of fold-able doors i could use to stay dry with but not have to have on at all times.

I decided to go with the Bestop Trail Cover. It works great!
