Default I have searched, and I still can't find the answer I need to a simple question.

In about 2 weeks I will be ordering new Shoes and Sock for my 2007 Sahara 4dr. (6 spd)

I have looked at a lot of pictures and I'm set on either 33" On mb72's OR 35's on MB72's.

This is my DD. I drive it to work, to the gym, to the grocery store.

I wheel once in awhile with friends (no plans for EXTREME stuff, but definitely wheel)

So now my question.

I know what comes with fitment on 33's, but I can't find a definite answer on 35's. Will a 2.5" BB work? Is that all I will need? Do i have to have a regear or a procal?

I just want my Rig to look bad ass at the grocery store and function well on the trails.

That lift will work fine but you may need to do a little triming of the pinch seam and air dam. I would definitly get a procal so you can adjust the computer for the new tire height. Be sure to check the backspacing of the wheels as well, might need to run spacers.

I bought 33's my 2 door about ayear and a half ago. And I instantly regretted not getting 35s. 2.5" of lift will be sufficient for 35s. I have a 2 inch spacer lift and a 1 inch body lift. My car drives well on the highway, but the 33s I have on them look small. Hopefully I will be getting 35s soon.

How much trimming are we talking about?

I don't want to make that mistake also. With a 4dr I know smaller tires definitely show. Although i've seen pics of 33" tires on 4drs that looked great too.

just cutting the corners off at the rear wheel wells. not hard to do at all and takes minutes even with a hack saw. get the 2.5" BB and 35's, you will regret it if you don't.

I actually just went down to 35s from 37s and the 2.5 lift will work but geting about 4" of backspacing on the wheels make a huge difference on steering clearance. I'm running both 1.5" spacers and flat fenders so I have a bit more room to play with and also I like the wider look. I have a 6speed also and I drove fine after the lift, but nothing special. I got the Superchips so I could get rid of the tpms but noticed that running 91 or 93 octane modes made the regular commute a bit more fun, nothing I couldn't live without though.

So I will need 4.00 instead of the 3.75mm backspace to fit 35's?

you will want wheels with 4.5" of back spacing or there abouts. more will make things tight and less will push your tires out past the fenders if that matters in your state.

Wheel backspacing only was an issue if you have close to stock backspacing which was about 7" I think, so the wheels would rub at full steering lock. If the wheels your ordering are close to 4" or less you will be fine.
