I would say that's half right. unbolt it, rotate 180° and flip it...like the old dollar bill trick. Those tabs are supposed to face the rear like you have them but maybe flipping and rotating will get it right where its supposed to be. I can take my top on and off no problem...i hope you get it fixed!

unbolt it, flip it so the tabs are facing forward but still on top. It will look fine, the way its supposed to... and best of all, you'll be able to drop your top again. Love the way they look, nice choice.

Wow that is weird that the bar goes that far back... my rugged ridge light bar sticks further forward almost a good inch further than that.

I wont lie dude I would contact Body Armor... the light bar doesnt look right every one i have seen a picture of does not go that far back. It doesnt even look like the top would clear the tab let alone the bolt.

My Rugged Ridge has alot more room than that. Something is either wrong on the build or it isn't made to be used with a soft top.
