Nice Jeep. Love the Rubi X hood. So, there are many stories of people who had 4.10 gear ratios only to find out it was 3.73. Even the window stickers were wrong. Likely not your issue, but it is worth checking at this point. The only way to be certain, is to spin the tires and count the drive shaft rotations. I know you're certain, but it is a simple check. Humor us and yourself and double check. Jeep isn't known for getting things right!

I agree with the above. Also I think you should flash back to factory and see what I reads it might be the fact that if you do have the 4.10 and you tell it that it may be trying to read the code twice in the ECM. I have seen that happen in our motorcycle at the shop once in a while as we try new things on current models. Just my opinion.

I'll call the dealership in the morning but, I just reflashed to 3.73 and still have the same problem with shifting to reverse.

I have most of tomorrow off work. I'll hit a dealership up and have them run my vin and check it out.

The '14 Rubi X comes standard with 4.10s. You can be sure by jacking up the rear wheels, put it in neutral, spin the tire ONE revolution and count how many times the drive shaft rotates. If it more that 4 turns, you can bet you have 4.10s.
For me, I would scrap the trail tune and stick with just a pro cal to offset for your tire size. I've heard too many horror stories.
If money is not an obstacle, maybe take it to a custom Jeep shop? Maybe an LS1 engine swap?
