I finally got Rubix all built up, I have some problems...
So, first things first here's a few pics. 2014 Rubicon X Unlimited. As far as the pics go the bottom two are before moving the lights and jack into safer places, they show the flex. I have a hi-lift tire carrier mount coming from psc in the mail this week.
big parts of the build are 3.5" rock krawler coilover, 35" MT/R kevlar, Full river raider skid plates, psc rock brawler II rear bumper and tire carrier, 10k warn winch with warn synthetic line.
I have a superchips traildash and flashcal, I reset the tire size and that's fine. The trail dash was showing an axle ratio of 3.73 at first, confused I flashed it to 4.10. It threw me 2 codes after driving for awhile. P258B (Vacuum Pump Control Range/Performance) and P0733 ( incorrect gear ratio in 3rd gear). Right before the engine light popped on I had trouble getting her in reverse (automatic trans). I went straight from drive to reverse, the gear didn't engage, it was essentially in nuetral. Then put her in nuetral and back in reverse and it was fine. This happens consistently. If I go straight to reverse from drive, no gear. I checked with the flashcal and the gear ratio was set to 4.09. So I flashed it with the flashcal to 4.10. I went for a drive and ended up with the same trans problem but only drove 8 miles so no codes yet.
When I flashed it to factory with the trail dash it ended up showing 3.73 gears. I changed it to 4.10 with the trail dash and then checked with the flashcal as stated above and found it to be in 4.09. I think I'm going to flash it back to factory with the flashcal and see if that works.
I updated the firmware for both last week and after I post this I'll make sure nothing new came out since then.
Any advice will help.

What a great question . OP, what's your build sheet say about your gear ratio? Also, didn't know they had the supercips trail dash for the 2014.

I changed the wheels, suspension and bumpers. I still have dana 44's and the elockers and sway bar discos at the push of a button. Money is not an obstacle for me. Ratio is 4.10

I just noticed this... Transmission performance* ('07-'10 JK Wrangler only) But why am I having problem when I tune using the flashcal as well?
