Default I broke a body mount bolt

i just installed the Performance Accessories boby lift, and I was torquing the body mount bolts at 80, and one of them broke !!! I hope I will be able to remove the broken part inside the frame....
Are they crappy bolts?!?! Should I buy better bolts?
Can I drive with 11 mouting bolts?

Yes it's the body isolator mouting bolt (one of the 10 big bolts)

I will remove once again the body tommorow morning

In the instructions of Performance Accessories, it's recommended to remove bolt and slide u-joint off of steering shaft. But the other BL instructions don't recommended it. Should I remove the steering shaft once again?

I tried this morning to remove the broken part into the frame. No succes...

Finally, I drove with my Jeep (with 11 body bolts) to a mechanic. He removed the broken part in 5 minutes with a special tool
