Default Hypothetical question about wheels/tires

If I were to completely remove the fenders on my JK X and install a set of 35s on 16x8 Crager Soft 8s with 4" backspace, would I rub? If so, where? I realize removing the fender would make the Jeep illegal to drive on the street, but I am curious if this would fit.

as long as you remove the air dam under the bumper i think you'd be just fine. If i remember correctly, there are a few people running 35's or 36's with stock suspension and flat fenders.
