Can you elaborate on what additional hardware was tested and how it has been determined that more airflow on the intake side and greater exhaust gas speed on the exhaust side have been determined to be safe?

I'll also give the high Octane fuel on the regular setting a try. I'll need to run a couple tankfuls through to clean out the ECM and start off with a new set of plugs.

Hypertech does not suggest you use Headers with any application we have developed in our parts catalog. Headers lean out the fuel by themselves without the help of a tune. I don't suggest you use any tune that was not custom made for the headers.

CAI kits compliment the tune in most cases changing to a aftermarket mass air will not. In the JK world any air kit that uses the stock mass air will work fine.
