Default Hushmat, Cabin Noise Dampening etc... 2 Door surface are

Hello I was wondering if anyone has installed hushmat or similar material to the floor of their 2 door jk. Looking to buy a couple sheets but would like to know how much you guys bought since the stuff is kind of pricey. Would like to silence the jeep as much as possible... idk lately I have been trying to silence everything ever since my stamps came in for my suppressors lol

People have, but the general consensus is that it can trap water between the mats and sheet metal, leading to corrosion.

Also a PITA to remove if you ever plan on lining your interior.

Or bed liner to protect the tub then your favorite butyl sound deadening mat. No worries about trapped water
